Punished and Blessed

We had our second house viewing today and finally, we want one house in Mississauga. It's an old house but well kept. I have to prepare the money so we can make an offer on Monday. I hope we can get this house and move in as soon as possible. If we can get this house, I am planning to set up a place for my business in the basement.

I really hope to receive more sales so I can save money for the sending of flyers. I will be spending some of the sales in marketing my products for this year, since I have nothing more to spend for the tools and equipment for my products. Thanks for the money I earned from my sales.

I have a mixed feeling for moving to a new place. I feel sad for the lost. Yes, everything that we invested in our present house goes to nothing. We have to start all over again and hope for the best that this time, we are investing for the right house.

I felt being punished financially, but so blessed with so much love and happiness for my family. I am so blessed for having such a loving, intelligent, healthy, understanding and most of all, BEAUTIFUL twin daughters and a loving, understanding husband. But I felt being punished that everytime we find some way to make more money than we should, something will come up to take all those money that we made.

What will I choose? well, I'd rather be poor for money, but rich with love and happiness. So take all that money away, but don't take anything that makes my life as wonderful as it is. I thank God for the blessings!!!

tey, offer your decisions to the Lord He knows what's best.

Tey, God does not punish while we are alive, you have to understand that so that you can have a more meaningful relationship with the Lord. God chastises us or disciplines us if He knows we are heading in the wrong directions in life. You are right when you said God blesses us and that's what He does always. You have to examine yourself closely about your relationship with God before you embark on any earthly pursuit or venture. For we cannot escape God's all encompassing presence in our lives. The Bible says, "Seek you first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be given unto you" (Matthew 6:33)and "Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain" (Psalm 127:1). Maybe you should examine yourself closely for any weaknesses you still have that prevents God's showers of blessings to pour down into your lap. If God gives you the success you are praying for, will it make you better spiritually? That is how the Lord view things in His magnificent viewpoint. You say you love your twins and your husband, fine. The Lord said even the heathens and the publicans do that. But can you forgive much less love your enemies? Only you can answer what is in your heart. I am not moralizing nor having a holier than thou stance. I just really want you to have a different mindset, one which pleases the Lord. After we die, that's where we get our rewards or punishments. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Mel I actually dont have any plan of moving. We have a small old townhouse and we don't need a big and new house to live. But the administrator of the complex stole the money so all the homeowners have to burden every cost for revonating the complex. Aside from that, the new administrators keeps increasing the maintenance fee which makes it even more a burden to us. We have no choice but to move.
